This space is here to offer gentle, supportive resources related to mental health, therapy, medication, and recovery.
One thing I didn’t realize early on was how much understanding matters in the healing process. Learning what different therapies are, how medications work, and what recovery can actually look like helped reduce fear, shame, and confusion. It made the process feel less overwhelming and less lonely.
The resources here are meant to inform, not diagnose, and to support curiosity rather than pressure. You don't need to read everything or understand it all. Take what feels helpful, and leave the rest.
